I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis inMarch, after that I had few session of physiotherapy. My condition is recovering very fast. Then again, I felt the pain on my lower part of the body. Today, I went to Orthopedic Clinic and had x-ray. Doctor said I have lumbar spondylosis and I have to continue with physiotherapy.Image for http://www.coreconcepts.com.sg.
