Balik ke Penang pada hari Jumaat, sampai dekat pukul 10.00 malam. Hari Ahad makan malam bersama rakan di Restoran Khuntai (Thai food), Wah, bukan main ramainya pelanggan! Sekarang ni, nak pergi ke Alor Setar. Makanannya okay je, bukannya special sangat. Saya suka akan tomyan tapi tomyannya taklah seperti yang disangkakan. Lebih suka akan mi tomyan kat hawker center di Sunshine Square. Dah lama tak merasa tomyan kat sana.

上瘾了

最近开始喜欢喝起咖啡来了。每次出外用餐，都会来杯咖啡少糖。以前都叫奶茶，现在不再喝茶了。加上最近忙，忙，忙 又烦烦烦。每天只睡三，四个小时。受罪的是孩子，每天都被骂，还时常被打。发脾气都发在孩子身上。现在是早上三点，在改学生的簿子。论文已经两天没看了。把簿子改完，到学校再看论文。在跟时间赛跑，交了这份论文还要等讲师的回应，然后又做更改。等到讲师满意了才可以交给IPS， 有他们来定VIVA的日期。路还长的很。只是不知可挨的过去吗？

Having lunch at Miraku Restaurant at G Hotel. It was a Japanese Restaurant and we are having Japanese Food. With all the menu in Japanese, lot of yaki, yaki.... I have Nabeyaki Udon ( if not mistaken). Tempura, Shabu Shabu, and all those fancy name which I can't recall any of them. Most of the food is served raw, my brother in law loves it very much but not my mother in law and my hubby.

Cashew Nuts & Arrowhead

This is the total amount of tidbits that I managed to prepare for CNY. For my father, my mother in law, brother and sister in law

beside Hazel, Almond, Cashew nut is nice too, but this year the price went up to RM30 per kg. Last year it was RM28

another 2 weeks is Chinese New Year celebration. I had to finish cleaning the house and prepare two of the most favorable tidbits that my hubby loves during CNY. I began to prepare these two tidbits since year 2005. This year, I have to prepare everything a bit early than before. Manage to prepare 3kg of Cashew Nuts and around 8kg of arrowhead. The arrowhead tasted like potato chips. Nice to eat but not too much, or else you will easily down with sore throat.

Washing & Cleaning Part II

Last night, I spent nearly four hours to clean up the master bedroom, my son's room and guest room. I reached home from campus at around 7pm, then took my dinner and start cleaning because I know I won't be able to continue with my thesis after spending approximately 7 hours writing the thesis in campus. Well, almost done all the washing and cleaning. Now, the next thing to do is to fry the arrowheads and cashew nuts. Two of my hubby's favorite tidbits on Chinese New Year.

What a Day

Went to market today again, bought some chicken meat and vegetables for soup. Done cooking at 12.30pm. Watched news for a while. Can't concentrate on my work on thesis, so lay down to take a nap. Hubby woke me up and asking me to join him to a dinner with his fellow friends at a restaurant. Arrived at 7.15pm, dinner started at 8pm and done at 9.47pm. It was a nice dinner, first course is 4 seasons, second is mushrooms with scallops and abalone mushrooms with broccoli. Third was fish, then chickens and ducks, prawn, vegetables, rice and desserts.
After that, all of them wanted to go singing at E-box, so we just followed. Sang for 3 hours. Reached home at 1am. Can't remember when is the last time I came home that late. Though, my hubby and I enjoyed the day. It is our first time visiting place like E-box to sing songs, we don't sing, not even in the bathroom (haha...). But enjoyed listening to others. Always have those very negative perspective about places like this.
